Madhri Yehiya is a proud New England native who first fell in love with journalism while serving as campus news editor and chair of the board at The Daily Free Press, Boston University’s independent student newspaper. Yehiya recently graduated with a master’s degree from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, where she specialized in investigative and data-based reporting. She previously interned on CNN’s Quest Means Business show team in New York City and hopes to report on public health in New Orleans while at Verite News.
