Cleo Carney, a contributor for Bluedot Boston and student at Harvard, loves how the vibrant, flavor-packed dishes at Clover Food Lab juxtapose the space’s sterile, high-tech design. When she visited their Harvard Square location on a sunny fall afternoon, the line stretched to the door with folks eagerly awaiting their plant-based lunches made with locally-sourced ingredients. Cleo can’t get enough of their bright marinated veggies, indulgent crispy tofu with shiso mayo, and silky smooth hummus. Read her full review here.
