Faraway Drinking Chocolate for Two
Description
A proper cup of drinking chocolate, the kind we hope to pour year round one day.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Warm 8 ounces of whole milk in a small pot until it just steams, never letting it boil.
- Take it off the heat and whisk in 2 ounces of finely chopped Faraway dark chocolate, around 70 percent, until smooth and glossy.
- Finish with a small pinch of flaky sea salt and pour into two small cups. It should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
