Description

I was once told that my scrambled eggs are “ambrosia from the Gods.”

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Heavy Cream or Sour Cream
  • Coarse salt

Instructions

  1. Blend well to incorporate air.
  2. Scramble in a hot sauté pan with butter and olive oil and top with finely cut chives.
