Harvest & Mill eschews bleach and synthetic chemical finishes in favor of non-toxic and natural dyes like pomegranate and indigo, which use significantly less water and energy than conventional dyes. Many items come simply in “Natural,” a creamy light beige, or “Heirloom Brown,” a dusty mauve, based on the variety of undyed and unbleached cotton used to make the garment.
