RECIPE: Berry Bliss Bowl

Description
Tart, refreshing, and antioxidant-rich, this Berry Bliss Bowl is a vibrant alternative to sorbet. Blend with OJ for a zingy kick or mellow it out with creamy coconut milk.

The smoothie
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 (100g) Acai berry smoothie pack
- 1 cup fresh orange juice, coconut milk, or coconut water (more if needed)
The toppings
- Fresh berries of choice
- Bee pollen
- Chia seeds
- Coconut flakes or shredded coconut
Instructions
- Blend smoothie ingredients until smooth and pour into a bowl. Use just enough liquid to blend the ingredients – keep it thick and spoonable, not sippable.
- Finish with toppings of choice and enjoy.
Notes
To make it less tart, add a frozen banana or two.
Pump Up the Protein
Blend in your favorite protein powder or 1/4 cup silken tofu for extra protein. You can also whiz in a tablespoon of grass-fed collagen just before serving for extra protein and an added beauty boost.
