    Description

Tart, refreshing, and antioxidant-rich, this Berry Bliss Bowl is a vibrant alternative to sorbet. Blend with OJ for a zingy kick or mellow it out with creamy coconut milk.

    The smoothie

    The toppings

    Instructions

    1. Blend smoothie ingredients until smooth and pour into a bowl. Use just enough liquid to blend the ingredients – keep it thick and spoonable, not sippable.
    2. Finish with toppings of choice and enjoy.

    Notes

To make it less tart, add a frozen banana or two.

    Pump Up the Protein

Blend in your favorite protein powder or 1/4 cup silken tofu for extra protein. You can also whiz in a tablespoon of grass-fed collagen just before serving for extra protein and an added beauty boost.
